What’s your take on using “Open to Work” alongside a keyword-optimised headline? Help or hindrance when trying to attract the right kind of recruiter attention? I rarely suggest to client to use it

It’s a must as it’s one of the 4 boosters for your visibility but I highly recommend the “recruiters only” version (same effect but no scamming risk)
